Welcome to Metro Mac Rentals. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• Government-issued ID and selfie verification
• Proof of billing or school/work ID
• Security deposit (refundable; amount depends on model and quantity)

Bookings & Payments

• Rates may vary by model and availability. Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
• Payment methods: GCash, bank transfer (BPI/BDO/UnionBank), cash on delivery for repeat customers.
• Delivery windows are estimates; we will notify you of delays due to weather/traffic.

Use of Equipment

• Do not sign into personal iCloud on rental devices. Disable Find My if previously enabled.
• No illegal, harmful, or abusive use. Do not attempt hardware modifications.
• Reasonable care: avoid liquids, extreme temperatures, or physical shocks.

Damage, Loss, & Late Returns

• Minor wear is acceptable. Customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage or loss during the rental period.
• Late returns may incur additional daily/weekly charges.
• Damage matrix is provided in the Rental Agreement.

Data & Privacy

We factory-reset/wipe user accounts between rentals. Do not store sensitive personal or client data on rental devices. We are not responsible for data loss.
