Welcome to Metro Mac Rentals. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- Government-issued ID and selfie verification
- Proof of billing or school/work ID
- Security deposit (refundable; amount depends on model and quantity)
Bookings & Payments
- Rates may vary by model and availability. Quotes are valid for 24 hours.
- Payment methods: GCash, bank transfer (BPI/BDO/UnionBank), cash on delivery for repeat customers.
- Delivery windows are estimates; we will notify you of delays due to weather/traffic.
Use of Equipment
- Do not sign into personal iCloud on rental devices. Disable Find My if previously enabled.
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive use. Do not attempt hardware modifications.
- Reasonable care: avoid liquids, extreme temperatures, or physical shocks.
Damage, Loss, & Late Returns
- Minor wear is acceptable. Customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage or loss during the rental period.
- Late returns may incur additional daily/weekly charges.
- Damage matrix is provided in the Rental Agreement.
Data & Privacy
We factory-reset/wipe user accounts between rentals. Do not store sensitive personal or client data on rental devices. We are not responsible for data loss.
